Still in their line of making Jamaican rhythms from a jazz perspective, the band brings back those melodies that made them be nº 1 in modern Jamaican jazz music. In their new album "Skaleidoscope", the band has again covered Jazzs Reggae rhythms. They have once more nourished themselves from a wide range of roots music such as Soul, R&B, Swing.. Among the many collaborations that have fed this record, the most outstanding one is that of the queen of current Newyorican soul, "Sharon Jones" with her terrific gospel voice. The combination couldnt have been better, and therefore, for all of those who enjoy black music in general, the result is just great.
