"Cab driving man" is the second release of Ticket West, a Westcoast blues - inspired band from the Netherlands. The heart of the band is formed by the brothers Pascal and Walter Wilhelm. Together with guest musicians Roel Spanjers (keys), Harp Mitch (harmonica/vocals), Gerrit Ekkelenkamp (harmonica), Arjen Veldman (vocals) and Kees van Herk (drums) they recorded 11 songs of which four are originals. Recordings were made by Ernst Grevink (aka Erny Green) at the Vuurland Studios in Utrecht, The Netherlands. This release contains shuffle, swing, rumba, and funky and straight blues grooves. Blues lovers will appreciate the variety in moods and song choice, blues earcandy to get you through a Blue Monday or Sad Sunday.
