Following the previous 'digital only' release of the single "First Love is Dead", here comes "Fragments", Starcontrols first real full length Album for the Cold Wave act, that follows a number of self-released CDs in 2011 and 2012. A two years genesis for the full-length, result of their individual experiences, naturally merged into a a total of 10 original songs, reflecting big changes, inside and outside the band. "Fragments" is a vital moments collection, shreds from an internal dimension. A dimension often mortified in the everyday life - shared by every human being. Songs about abandonment, inner change, restiveness or disillusion, loss and caducity, persistent memories or lack of tolerance. Personal contaminations are added to the early post punk and new wave influences. The result is a more intimate sound, beyond the sum of individual pieces in the bands puzzle.
