Massy Ferguson is a four-piece rock-and-twang band born in Seattles Wallingford district in 2006. They crafted the bands
early ditties on a construction-site amongst scaffolding, sheetrock and rolls of carpeting, creating a fitting backdrop
to their project. Massy Ferguson has moved out of the construction-site and become a fixture in the local roots rock
scene, headlining packed venues and supporting larger acts like Son Volt. The band has toured Australia and played for
U.S. troops in Germany. In 2009, the band was part of an
MTV.com interview of Seattle bands on station KEXP, where they have been in rotation with the songs like "Breathing In".
