The band born in Santiago in 2012 is formed by El Divo (vocals), Carolina "Ladybug" Corral (bass), Francisco Gutirrez (guitar), Ignacio Kreither (keyboard) and Leo Espina on drums. In 2019 the band released their first EP entitled "A Lady in a Rose", available through Spotify. The release prompted the band to schedule numerous live dates at various bars in Santiago and Valparaso during the summer of 2020. The Hottest & The Ladybug, in 2021, signed a contract with the Danish label Willow Creek Records for the promotion, marketing and distribution of its firs album, which will be released on October 31, 2022. The album entitled "Good Conversation Wanted... y Maybe More", was recorded on January 14, 15 and 16 (2022) in Estudios del Sur (Chile), under the production of Gonzalo Ramos, Sound Engineer and Chilean Music Producer based in Europe, voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences. Mixing and mastering will be done in European studios and in Los Angeles, California. Influenced by the sound of the Chicago Blues and the rock of the 70s, the album "Good Conversation Wated... And Maybe More" will be released in physical and digital format.
