Singer/Bassist Falyn Walsh moved to Oakland, California in June of 2016 with no plan other than to get out of her hometown of Salem, MA. and hopefully meet fellow punk rockers who wanted to play music with her. Falyn met fellow Oakland punk Lalo who played guitar and the duo started writing songs in Nov. of 2016. In March of 2017 they recruited drummer Noel and thus Grumpster was officially born. This 3 piece comes from the 924 GILMAN ST scene, cultivating the community aspects of punk and diy and putting it forth in their efforts as a band. Falyn also plays bass in Destroy Boys and been touring non stop the past year. But all free time goes to Grumpster and between tours, the band did a lot of their on touring and of course recording the debut LP "underwhelmed".
