At their core they consist of two members, Sean Bonnette (acoustic guitar) and Ben Gallaty (upright bass), though they often employ other vertebrates in order to enhance their live shows and recordings. Some of their music can be described as "sad songs sung happily," and okay fine, folk-punk. They have shared the stage with bands such as AGAINST ME!, KIND OF LIKE SPITTING, XIU XIU, and THE LAWRENCE ARMS, and have released a split CD with GHOST MICE.
