Yodok III is the moniker for the exciting collaboration between Norwegians Tomas Jrmyr (also Zu, Barchan), Kristoffer Lo and the Belgian minimal ambient artist Dirk Serries (also Microphonics, Fear Falls Burning, VidnaObmana, .). Their work has previously been released on Tonefloats acclaimed "New Wave of Jazz" series, which collects fantastic cross over albums between jazz fueled free improv and industrial ambient and drones. To coincide with their appearance on the Roadburn Festival this year, Consouling Sounds is honored to release Legion of Radiance. This cd release consists of one monolithic track of atmospheric, mysterious and utterly engaging free improv drones. Truly an impressive collaboration between Jrmyrs unique drumming, Los deep-toned tuba sounds and Serriess guitar drones and effects. It will decisively hold you in its grip, as the music twists and turns and keeps on challenging the listener.
