Lucha Amada Ii
Lucha Amada ll" is the second benefit sampler of the DJ music collective of the same name from Berlin. The label JUMP UP
has gathered on this DoCD in portrait book format 38 songs at 140 minutes running time: Reggae and Ska, Cumbia and
Raggamuffin, Rap, Chanson and Dub, Punk and Dubstep provide a varied, always danceable journey through the Mediterranean
region and Latin America. The title of the compilation leaves no doubt about the political orientation of the project:
all proceeds from sales will therefore be donated to anti-fascist groups and initiatives. Among others, a part goes to
NSU Watch NRW and to the Initiative in Memory of Oury Jalloh. In the booklet, journalist Bernard Schmid examines the
situation in a Europe that is moving to the right. As international as the compilation is, as wide-ranging is the
spectrum of the artists represented, who come from France, Italy, Spain, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Chile and Mexico, among
others: Panten Rococ, Raggabund, Sergent Garcia, Carmel Zoum (feat. Mal Eleve, Irie Rvolts, Msoke), etc.
