Its been thirty years since the last Uranium Savages album, and SteadyBoy Records is thrilled to bring these musical savages back with Savage Country. This loose affiliation of musical hooligans is a slice of Weird Al, a dash Spinal Tap (gone country), a serving of Spike Jones, and a heaping helping of Austin weirdness, keeping it that way longer than Keeping Austin Weird became a thing. One song title, Bicker, Leer, and Whine, (as in, "all she does is.") says most of what you need to know about this authentically motley musical crew. We wont name all the songs here, because a Parental Advisory label comes with this release, which tells you even more about this historically hilarious Austin institution.
