The Traumatic were born in 1979 from the ashes of two of the Italy's first punk bands: "Mal di Testa" (Headache) and "Young Visionaries". They played as support to several famous British and German bands like 'Discharge', 'UK Subs' and they were often appreciated more than the famous ones. This record is a 'best of' of the band including all their anthems since 1979 and recorded from the original line-up in 1988. The Traumatic were probably one of the few Italian groups, without an Anglo-Saxon base, able to reach the power of the Anglo-Saxon sound and song writing ability. The impact of songs like "No police, no army", "Time is gone" and "Last kids from nowhere" are true and proper assaults that not many were able to achieve.
