While deceptively simple on the surface, AS THE SUN SETS IN THE WEST features a melody most bands would kill to have. The lyrics including immortal lines such as "Mother Earth to harvest the crime" and "The witching hours final chime" deal with the environment and where we are all heading. The chorus cries out "As the sun sets in the west, The river of no return, Broken banks and about to crest, Soon youll be forced to unlearn".
