14-CD set "Les Hommes de bonne volontE" (Men of goodwill), edited from 1932 to 1946, is Jules Romains's major work. This
27 volumes fresco, whose action goes from 1908 to 1933, proposes a vast scenarization of 20th century's first quarter
including its war and the social disruption that went with it. A multitude of characters from all kind of conditions and
of willings, created by one of France major beginning of 20th centurie's writers. This edition event had a continuation
with the writer's himself reading of his work for the National Radio in 1952. Each of the 27 volumes has been
reevaluated by Jules Romains and condensed to make the reading possible. This radio historical reading - in the French
language - his here presented in a 14-CD set box !
