Thomas Huber is one of the most successful allround mountaineers right now, and he is the singer of the band Plastic Surgery Disaster. Together with his brother Alexander he has made himself a name as one of the "Huberbuam". The brothers have been the main characters in several documentations on extreme climbing, they are lecturers, much asked for talkshow guests. In 2005 the quintet Plastic Suregry Disaster was founded. They borrowed their name from the Dead Kennedys, but bit by bit developed their own sound. "I love stoner rock, this bluesy, heavy frenzy!", Huber gushes.
