DUTCH LIGHT There is an ancient myth, the light in Holland is unique. The Special quality of Dutch Light was discovered by the 17th century painters and celebrated in their work. But the German artist Joseph Beuys argued that this famous Dutch Light lost its radiance and brightness halfway the 20th century. Where does fact end and fiction begin? / Dutch Light draws the viewer into a hypnotic maelstrom of ideas, theories, colours, images, landscapes and off course, light. Dutch Light gives us time to engage and to respond. It turns looking into a new experience.
