After completing his last album in 2018 ("Zen #4",AlfaMusic 2019), the one thing he wanted more than anything was to return to working regularly with a group of musicians. He has always loved playing with Luca Valente and Mario Sereno (they recorded an homage to Prince in 2018 together) so forming a new quartet was relatively easy. Just throw Alessandro Lois electric bass into the mix, and everything works fantastically! His aspiration was to create a multifaceted album, rich in the influence of all the music that he loves: jazz, but also funk; the Tulsa sound, but also country western; Joe Zawinul, but also the contemporary Hammond Trios.
