Build & Burn, THE LOVED ONES follow up to 2006s Keep Your Heart, is the product of over two years on the road, the addition of two new band members and the in-studio partnership between long-time friends. Hints of Americana rock n roll with expanded instrumentation lay amongst the albums ten tracks, highlighting a true progression in the bands sound and songwriting. The addition of Dave Walsh and Chris Gonzalez (both ex-The Explosion), on guitar and bass respectively, solidified the line up moving towards the creation of Build & Burn. Produced by Bryan Kienlen and Pete Steinkopf of the Bouncing Souls, the album features guest appearances by the Hold Steadys Franz Nicolay (piano, Hammond B3 organ, harmonica, accordion, saw) and Tad Kubler (guitar).
