Founded in 2019, the death metal band "Das Letzte Lager" combines catchiness with powerful and atmospheric heaviness in their music. The genre was quickly found after two musicians Frost and InXen met each other for the first time. It should have been catchy death metal. Not technical, but rather straight, catchy, hard, lyrical and in German, with some decent 90s flair. The debut album "WurgeEngel" was released two years after the first rehearsals. Frost and InXen created 9 expressive songs with unusual multifacetedness,emotional and tonal depth. Singer and multi-instrumentalist Frost smashes his personal experiences of life, both lyrically and musically, right into your ears. Every beat of drummer InXen is filled with relentless heaviness written by life itself. It's the music about the pain of living and the pain of dying.
