An Evening Of Extraordinary Circumstance
Back in October of 2009, The Lawrence Arms commemorated their 10th anniversary by playing an epic 2 hour show to a sold
out audience at The Metro, in their hometown of Chicago. Given TLAs status as the reigning kings of Midwest punk rock,
not to mention the legend of their live shows, you can bet your britches that the anticipation and hype surrounding the
event were enormous. Well, long story short, the guys triumphantly obliterated all expectations with a 33 song set list
that featured all the hits, as well as a few songs that they'd
never performed live before. Naturally, all of this rock was peppered with Brendans world famous on-stage banter (which
is a show in itself), and topped off with god damn matching
outfits!!!
