Kraan
Porta Westfalica 1975 (cv)
Since the 1970s, Kraan has been one of the pioneering representatives of the cross-border (fusion) rock genre. After the
release of the extremely successful album "Kraan / Live", keyboarder Ingo Bischof (previously keyboarder with
"Karthago") joined the band in 1975. "Porta Westfalica 1975" was one of the first appearances after the line-up change.
The magic of this new beginning can be felt in every song and provides Kraan classics with a new complexity and
complexity, joy of playing and energy, creativity and freshness: "That was just one of our newest pieces", "... still
has no name" (Ansage Hellmut Hattler) "Prima Klima" was the name of the studio album "Let It Out" that was released
shortly thereafter in exactly this "Porta Westfalica line-up": Hellmut Hattler, Peter Wolbrandt, Jan Fride, Ingo Bischof
and Alto Papert. In addition to well-known titles such as "Holiday am Marterhorn", "Andy Nogger - Gutter King", "Kraan
Arabia" and other Kraan classics in a form that has never been seen before or since, the recording includes previously
unreleased live titles such as "Luftpost" and the said " Prima Klima". A musical journey that perfectly reflects Kraan's
unique vision. Overall, this concert recording is an absolute must for Kraan fans
