They started as The Tyrones in Philadelphia by early 1956 and went on until 1958 when they recorded at Bill Haley's
Chester studio with the help of Franny Beecher, Rudy and Al Pompilli. It happened in 1960 that Tyrones member Al 'Dean'
DeNittis joined Bill Haley's Comets as a saxophonist for a South-America tour as Rudy Pompilli was not available. They
recorded some 6 songs together in Peru's capital city Lima during that tour which remained unissued and can be heard for
the first time on this CD! This is pure music history in its finest way!
