After years of touring and performing around the world with various bands, vocalist Jerry Roush finally has a band to call his own. The former frontman for SKY EATS AIRPLANE and OF MICE & MEN has joined forces with guitarist Joshua Travis formerly of THE TONY DANZA TAP DANCE EXTRAVAGANZA, bassist Travis Sykes, and drummer Chad Hasty to create GLASS CLOUD. The follow-up to their debut album, Perfect War Forever is GLASS CLOUDs most intense work to date, featuring the bands first-ever material that incorporates a nine-string guitar. "Its been a blast creating material on an extended-range nine-string guitar," said Josh Travis, the bands producer and guitarist. "Its challenged me as a musician to develop one of the wildest tunings Ive ever used. Since theres no way any of the traditional standard and drop tunings would work with stuff like this, it forces you to be creative and think outside the box. That has been something were always doing with GLASS CLOUD, pushing everything to the limit, whether its our recorded music or our live shows." Travis also recently released a signature guitar series through Legator Guitars.
