The album is dedicated to taste, aesthetics and "ethics". And so it happened: Over the course of a year, the sounds of restaurants and wineries recorded, as well as the voices of those who work in these places. We hear the mechanical clink of presses, the delicate clink of glasses, the sounds of Frying in oil, pouring wine, knives cutting vegetables, as well as the telling ones Voices of chefs and winemakers and patrons in Italian, Sardinian, Friulian, Spanish, French, English and Japanese.
