Ben Ritter : vocals, guitar, mandolin, clarinet, bass, drums, programmed sequences Laurent Saïet : guitar, bass, keyboards, theremin, vocals, programmed sequences Sylvain Blot : photographic sequences Ben Ritter and Laurent Saïet met each other in the 80s: they formed the band BEGIN SAYS that had been active from 1983 to 1991. Their work has been re-released by Infrastition in 2015. The music of this band shared a lot of affinities with the San Francisco underground scene of the late 70s (Tuxedomoon, Indoor Life, Residents.). ENDLESSTON is their latest collaboration in date and re-connects in a way, with their earliest musical influences: The duo started this project with the idea of a Tuxedomoonian flavour : arty, multidisciplinary, mixing musical influences, including TUXEDOMOON 1st period. Thats why this project is dedicated to them. Melodic or experimental, dark or illuminated, ENDLESSTON tracks are supported by Ben Ritters voice or clarinet and Laurent Saïets musical soundscapes, between melancholy, darkness and grotesque : a large spectrum between atmospheric & cinematic tracks and others, in a more rock or electro style.
