About ten years after their first album Just In Time, The Due Tones follow up with Take A Trip.... After.
The sound is harder and more powerful than the authentic rockabilly/desperate rock 'n' roll style of its predecessor,
with power guitar rockabilly (think Reverend Horton Heat) and rootsy bluesabilly (The Paladins) influences mixed in with
1950s basics.
Most of the songs on this album were written by the band themselves, but there are also a few cover songs that you will
instantly recognize.
The Due-Tones continue to be a popular fixture on the live rockabilly scene, and this second album will be welcomed by
their longtime followers and bring them new fans as well.
