Matthias Dengg, aka Denqq was part of the core team around Upstart in the 90s and was responsible for the doors of the legendary techno club Ultraschall. After its closure, he worked at the clubs successor, Harry Klein, for a few years and even managed to live in Berlin for almost 10 years. So from the beginning, he was not a mere bystander, but rather a protagonist, right there, in the middle of all the action.
