Without a doubt Kuopio's DEMILICH offer up a unique sick brand of Sludge Death Metal overladen with extreme guttural
vocals. Antti Boman's singing is so outrageous that the band felt the need in the CD booklet to explain that no effects
were used during recording.
The band was created during 1990, established by vocalist / guitarist Antti Boman, bass player Jussi Tersvirta plus
drummer Mikko Virnes. The cassette demos 'Regurgitation Of Blood' and 'The Four Instructive Tales... Of Decomposition'
surfaced the following year, after which BARATHRUM guitarist Aki Hytive Tales Of... Decomposition' as well as a
different cover artwork.
