This Is No Fairytale
It's been five years since ,Among The Weeds' released their last album in the USA. Since then we haven't heard from
them. Now though the Gothic Rockers from Portland, Oregon have issued their first official release titled 'This Is No
Fairytale'. The three-member band have put some new material together in addition to reworking the best of the old
songs. Assisting them in this was none other than Krischan Wesenberg from the synth pop band 'Rotersand'. The
result is real proof that 'Among The Weeds' no longer need to stand in the shadow of big names like ,Siouxsie and the
Banshees', ,The Birthday Massacre' or ,The Cult'. The album in Digipak form contains eleven tracks, as well as five
exclusive remixes from bands like Lyronian and Autoaggression.
